Welcome to the Evergreen Neighbourhood of Saskatoon
One of Saskatoon’s newest neighbourhoods and still under construction is this subdivision created in 2010. With an estimated population of 12,622, Evergreen is expected to be one of the densest neighbourhoods in Saskatoon when completed. Evergreen is surrounded by Aspen Ridge (Saskatoon’s newest neighbourhood), and Willowgrove.
With features like the Forestry Farm Park and Zoo, the Northeast Swale, Soccer Centre, and the neighbourhood district village, you can easily see why Evergreen will be a desired home by many.
Evergreen’s newest an joint use P3 school – St. Nicholas Catholic School and Sylvia Fedoruk School both opened for the 2017-2018 school year.
Evergreen will offer over 42 acres of green space, soccer facilities, baseball fields, pocket parks, walking trails, and is conveniently located near University Heights Square for all of your shopping needs. The North Commuter Bridge will be open in 2018, making access to the North end of the city quick and easy.
