One of the features of Arbor Creek is the abundance of walking trails and parks, as well as my favourite feature: the creek backing the homes which is accessible just off of Kerr Road (between Collins Crescent and Kaplan Green). Arbor Creek is a desirable location for those working or studying at the University of Saskatchewan, which can be reached by car, bike or bus in just a few minutes. Downtown Saskatoon is just a couple of more minutes beyond campus. Preston Crossing and University Heights are also a close commute for most of your shopping needs.
