Welcome to the Arbor Creek Neighbourhood of Saskatoon
Situated on the East side of Saskatoon, (west of Willowgrove, south of Erindale, and adjacent to Brighton); Arbor Creek was established between 1996 and 2006 and is home to approximately 5,200 residents, residing in single-family homes and town homes.
One of the features of Arbor Creek is the abundance of walking trails and parks, as well as my favourite feature: the creek backing the homes which is accessible just off of Kerr Road (between Collins Crescent and Kaplan Green). Speaking of green, there are four green spaces, a pond, and plenty of field space for kid’s activities like soccer and baseball.
Arbor Creek is a desirable location for those working or studying at the University of Saskatchewan, which can be reached by car, bike or bus in just a few minutes. Downtown Saskatoon is just a couple of more minutes beyond campus. Preston Crossing and University Heights are also a close commute for most of your shopping needs.
This community is supported by the Erindale/Arbor Creek Community Association, a community organization of volunteers providing a variety of quality programs for children and adults.
