Lawson Heights is located in Saskatoon’s North end between Silverwood Heights and Richmond Heights. The majority of residential construction was completed between 1970 – 1980 and the neighbourhood is now home to approximately 5,100 residents.
When they say location is everything, Lawson Heights fits the bill. Its close proximity to downtown Saskatoon, the South Saskatchewan River, Meewasin Trails and plethora of amenities makes life very convenient for families in the area. There are three schools in Lawson Heights being Bishop James Mahoney High School, Lawson Heights School, and St. George School. Shopping is handy at the nearby Lawson Heights Mall, and Preston Crossing is a quick drive across Circle Drive. There is some commercial development to the West of the neighbourhood for convenience items, gas, and offices.
