Massey Place was developed mostly between the 1960’s and 1980’s and is home to approximately 3,700 residents today. The neighbourhood is located in the Northwest end of Saskatoon and is bound by Confederation Drive, 33rd Street West, Circle Drive, and shares some green space behind the strip malls along Laurier Drive.
There are two schools in Massey Place being Bishop Klein School and Vincent Massey School. The area is home to approximately 15 acres of park and green space. Amenities in the neighbourhood include walking trails, playgrounds, facilities for soccer, baseball, basketball, football, tobogganing and an outdoor rink.
There is a convenience store and pub on Northumberland Avenue. 33rd Street to the North offers provides alternative shopping, and the Confederation Mall is located South of the neighbourhood for most other amenities.
