Welcome to the Montgomery Place Neighbourhood of Saskatoon
Located in Saskatoon’s Southwestern corner, Montgomery Place is a unique neighbourhood in that the lot sizes here are typically much larger than any others in the city. Some say the neighbourhood has a “lake” feel to it, with a number of streets without sidewalks. Montgomery Place was primarily developed between 1950 and 1990, but there are some newer multi-family projects that were constructed over the past few years in the Northeast corner of the neighbourhood. Two schools can be found in Montgomery; Montgomery School and St. Dominic School are located in the core of the neighbourhood. There is a small grocery store (Greg’s Grocery Plus) at the Northwest corner of Montgomery Place, but for more shopping you’ll have to head to the Confederation Mall, or Blairmore Suburban Centre. Circle Drive also makes access to the shopping at Stonebridge quite convenient and quick.
