Located in Saskatoon’s Southwestern corner, Montgomery Place is a unique neighbourhood in that the lot sizes here are typically much larger than any others in the city. Some say the neighbourhood has a “lake” feel to it, with a number of streets without sidewalks. One of the other perks of living in Montgomery Place is the vicinity to the South Saskatchewan River. There are many miles of the Meewasin Trails to explore.
There is a small grocery store (Greg’s Grocery Plus) at the Northwest corner of Montgomery Place, but for more shopping you’ll have to head to the Confederation Mall, or Blairmore Suburban Centre. Circle Drive also makes access to the shopping at Stonebridge quite convenient and quick.
