The Nutana Suburban Centre is located in Saskatoon’s Southeastern corner and is home to approximately 3,065 residents; most of which reside in one of the majority of apartment style condominiums in the neighborhood. There are only a small handful of single family detached homes in the Nutana Suburban Centre, similar to the other Suburban Centres in the city (University Heights, Blairmore, Lakewood). Development in the area began in the 1960’s and continued until 2010.
