Pleasant Hill is located in the Western central area of Saskatoon and is home to approximately 5,500 residents. The neighbourhood is home to Saint Pauls Hospital, and has been part of an ongoing renewal project. The majority of homes in Pleasant Hill were built between a larger period of time (1912 -1985) and you will notice a number of infill projects and new homes replacing the old.
There are two schools in Pleasant Hill being Pleasant Hill School and St. Mary’s Wellness and Education Centre. Park and green space consists of just over 19 acres with playgrounds, walking trails, and amenities like baseball, basketball and soccer facilities, a paddling pool and skating rink.
Most shopping will be found along 20th and 22nd Street West, but Confederation Mall and downtown Saskatoon are just a quick drive away.
