Varsity View is located centrally in the city between Nutana and Grosvenor Park. As one of Saskatoon’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Varsity View offers a central location with close proximity to the University of Saskatchewan and easy access to the South Saskatchewan River, downtown Saskatoon, and the Royal University Hospital.
