Varsity View is located centrally in the city between Nutana and Grosvenor Park. As one of Saskatoon’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Varsity View offers a central location with close proximity to the University of Saskatchewan and easy access to the South Saskatchewan River, downtown Saskatoon, and the Royal University Hospital. Shopping is conveniently close along 8th Street, as well as at the stores at the corners of Clarence and 12th Street East, and the intersection at Cumberland and College Drive.
