Developed between 1981 and 1995, this neighbourhood located in the West end of Saskatoon is bordered by Pendygrasse Road and Fairlight Drive. Fairhaven is home to approximately 5,100 residents and offers two schools – Fairhaven School and St Marks School.

Sears Park which offers over 20 acres of green space, walking paths, baseball diamonds, soccer field, playgrounds, a paddling pool and a hill for tobogganing in the winter time. Fairhaven is conveniently in close proximity to a variety of shopping centres such as the Blairmore Shopping Centre, Confederation Park Mall and the neighbourhood offers a number of convenience stores.
